If you are nature lover then definitely its beauty will attract you a lot. This garden is made by taking inspiration from Mughal Garden of Jammu and Kashmir. So guys why you are waiting? History Of Mughal Garden
In 1917Sir Edwin Lutyens was the person who completed the design of Mughal Garden. Planting in this garden is done during the year 1928-1929 . This garden is in Rashtrapati Bhawan. This garden is totally on the style of Rashtrapati Bhawan. The building of Rashtrapati Bhawan have two different styles of architecture i.e. Indian and western in the same way Sir Lutyens brought two different horticulture traditions in this garden also and these two styles are the Mughal style and the English flower garden. It is a historic garden. This garden is famous for panoramic blanket of a variety of flowers. We can find each and every type of flowers and plants or medicinal plants here.
Date And Timing
Guys again the Mughal Gardens which is in Delhi now open for the general public from Saturday i.e. 12 February to 16 March. In a statement issued on 10 February 2022 it is allowed to visitors to see the Gardens but this is only possible by taking advance online booking. Taking the COVID-19 alarm this inline advanced booking is allowed. We can confirm our booking through the official website of Rashtrapati Bhawan. Due to covid19 norms we have to register online. The ticket counter is not open at Mughal Garden gate. To come here we have to bring ID proof like Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Driving License, Passport, School / College I-Card etc.
Mughal Garden: Bookings, Entry, Number Of People Allowed
To visit this garden there is seven pre-booked hourly slots and these slots is available between 10.00 pm and 5.00 pm .Though we can stay in this garden till 5 PM but the last entry time is 4 pm.
Mughal Garden: What Is Allowed And What Is Not Allowed
People are allowed to bring their mobile phones inside the garden but as the statement issued they are not allowed to bring any handbag or ladies purse, Water bottle, Camera, Briefcase, Umbrellas, any eatable things, Radio, Arms and Ammunitions etc. For the facility of visitors arrangements are made for toilet, Sanitizers, drinking water, first aid, Doctors for emergency etc .
Mughal Garden Ticket Price 2022
Friends you get shocked to know that to visit this beautiful Garden of Rashtrapati Bhavan you are not required to pay any type of fee. Entry in Mughal Gardens is totally free for visitors. The beauty of this garden not only attracts Indians to come here but lots of foreigners also come India only for take a look towards this garden.
NOTE: Visitors below 10 years and above 65 years are not allowed in Mughal Garden.
Mughal Garden Timings 2022
- Tuesday to Sunday: 10 AM to 5 PM (Last entry till 4 pm)
- Monday: Totally closed
The Mughal Gardens will open for the general public from February 12, 2022 till 16 March but is remains close on Mondays due to maintenance.

In this garden a proper parking facility is also there . So guys if you are coming from your own vehicle then don’t worry about parking.

If we are going from bus then Kendriya Terminal bus stop is nearest to this garden. It is around 850 metre to garden.

Central Secretariat is nearest metro station to this garden. It is approximately 700 metre away to garden.
3) Nearest Railway Station
New Delhi Railway Station is the railway station nearest to this garden. After reaching railway station we can take auto or cab to reach the garden.
4) Nearest Airport
Indira Gandhi international Airport is the nearest airport to Mughal Garden.
